Here I am with Jon Matrai, he was Jr. Mr. Australia previously.

Jon has given up competitive bodybuilding, and now continues training for his own personal satisfaction.

The tricep deterioration here is markedly noticable, at this point I was down to 20lb dumbells for seated dumbell tricep extensions and with the other arm I was pumping out sets of 15 with 60lb dumbells.

Any wonder I am not smiling?
